Band Heater
Band heaters designed for easy fitting and generally made up of a stainless steel or metal ring with a nickel-chrome resistive wire with mica or ceramic insulation.
We develop bespoke ceramic band heaters, it’s sized and constructed for rapid and uniform heat transmission in several types of applications. Band heaters are designed to clamp to an exterior or interior cylindrical surface. This device is configured in a single or two-piece structure for easy installation and removal. They can also be provided flat (in different shapes) and with different types of wire outlets, protections and terminals. We use good quality materials to guarantee durability, reliability and safety. It can work with a maximum temperature range of 800℃.

Band heaters are used for injection molding barrels and nozzles, extrusion and molding presses, pipe heating, heat treating and autoclaves, food industry and other applications.
