Mica nozzle heater bands vary from a low-cost option up to the more engineered, which is designed to give additional protection against material ingress. High-density nozzle bands suitable for higher temperature materials are also available.
Nozzle Heaters are supplied with either Glass Fibre or Metal Braided leads subject to design parameters. All designs can be supplied with virtually any cable length, be fitted with a dedicated earth lead & a built-in Type ‘J’ or Type ‘K’ Thermocouples if required.
Additional options such as roller bolt clamps, holes, threaded bridges or cut-outs can be specified. The majority of these heaters are produced as single-phase, however other voltages can also be manufactured.
